It’s something which I find very fascinating. I know many of us aren’t aware of what Generic — Culture is all about. In the era where everything is baited on being a part of hype rather than generic, I came up with something a bit underrated and not-so-Normal.

“Comfort, effortlessness and sophistication are the real guardrails of Fear of God,” he says. “So we’ve never put anything out that was uncomfortable, and I think that is informed by a California lifestyle, that is informed by selfishly how I want to feel when I get dressed. We all want to feel comfortable — not only in our clothes, but in our skin.”

Fear Of God —

Bottling timelessness is much harder than starting a trend.

Fashion has no Boundary.

I know, we all are naive when it’s about something which is hard to cast our judgment on, because life behind the bars is a whole different story. We’re aware of the accessibility that one is having. It’s not the same when we think that we can go to a store/mall and hand pick what we want & how we want, But as someone, Who has been studying this in the past couple of years.

Repeating is an art of MINIMALISM.

— Same Clothes every day. (Classic)

— Coping Accessories like Bandana, Chains, etc.

— The shoe is an essential part of their Outfit. (Vans, Chuck Tylor or Converse)

— Patchy clothes. (Elements)

— Cut and Cop. (Friction & Essence)

These were trendy ideas, in that I was exploring to set trends. As one of my favourite designer told me via Zoom from his collection (Catalog) , represents a new direction.

“I think that so much of what’s created today has a timestamp of when it’s released,”

CC : he says — and so I was really chasing this transcendence of time with each piece.”

The conclusion I made after channeling this thought for a while is a bit Profound that people are amazing and that’s what fashion is all about. Wear what makes you happy, not for the BANDWAGON.

To me, this is the true sense of FASHION.
